You can contact Chase 24/7 365 days a year.

You can contact Chase 24/7 365 days a year. They are always happy to help and most issues, concerns are dealt with in about an hour. They are understanding and reassuring. Although they are a digital bank there seems to be more you can do, I am still getting 1% cash back on daily purchases and they do a round up scheme which is also great, have as many savings pots within your account as you want. A great bank with a great way to save

Very happy since being with Chase, app tells me everything that I need to know more than my old bank. One or two places not supported by them yet but that's a good thing for now. I would recommend as there isn't just banking but saving all in one app. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
