App is easy to use and provides instant spending information. Also reminders issued prior to outgoing payments which is useful. Custmer service only OK as use non-native English speakers mainly who are difficult to understand and be understood. Would like the ability to pay in cheques and cash from time to time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SANTANDER

4 times I had problems with debit card. Santander very slow to react and lengthy phone calls required to resolve situation. Refused to take any responsibility for their own errors and rude attitude. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

App is much better than most other banking apps, los...

App is much better than most other banking apps, lost of information and easy to see upcoming payments a day before they're made. The rounding up feature provides a nice little surprise at the end of the period. Cashback on everyday spending is good too. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
