The best bank I’ve ever been with!

Chase banking has been excellent in their customer service. I have rang them or texted over the chat service and they have always responded immediately and if on the phone there has been very minimal wait time with very kind and knowledgeable people to talk to. I love the round up features and the 4% interest on my savings account! It breaks down my spending in multiple different but easy to use ways for me to see exactly where my money is going. When I accidentally got scammed by giving out my details to someone I shouldn’t have, chase were amazing and fixed it all for me by changing my details without me having to change my cards or direct debits etc, it was all transferred automatically for me.
