Really good interest rate and responsive to upward changes by the BoE base rate. Easy to transfer money into your savings and the roundup feature with a particularly high interest rate is very useful. Customer service is also responsive whether by chat in the app or by phone call - very little waiting time if at all! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
