Innovative, wonderful & no going back

My experience at Chase Bank has been wonderful. The advertising and marketing when the American bank first arrived in the UK was effective and using David Tennant in the marketing was very clever. The app makes banking with Chase both easy and convenient. It is a stress free process. The 1% cashback on expenditure for 12 months is also most welcome and very innovative. Personally, my favourite aspect is the round up feature that allows purchases to be rounded up to this nearest £, with any excess pence put in an interest account. A great idea! No regrets with banking with Chase and I certainly won’t be going back my previous bank Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
