I have been extremely satisfied with my experience.

I have been extremely satisfied with my experience banking with Chase. Their customer service is top-notch and I feel I’m in good hands. One of the major benefits of banking with Chase is their 1% cash-back offer on many transactions, which is a significant advantage for me. Additionally, they round up the transaction amount to the nearest pound and transfer the difference to my savings account. It's also incredibly convenient to access my account and manage my finances through their mobile app, which is a significant benefit for me.
