Like the bigger banks but more competitive

Most competitive rates at the time, easy to use the app and the email and text notifications are very helpful. Impressed at the high quality of the app, better than some of the big banks. I did have one challenge when changing phones and facing limitations so I couldn’t access my account for days. But I think this is similar to most banks and customer service was great and all UK-based.
