I’ve had a Chase current account for some time now, and my overall experience has been very positive. The account setup process was smooth, and the mobile banking app is intuitive and easy to use. Customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. The online features and security measures also give me confidence when managing my money. Good customer service. Chase has real question answering in the app and the waiting time is quite short, which is a lot better compared to other banks. Also good interest rate in saving account and fund can be assessed instantly Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
