Excellent Business Banking of our time

I found that Mettle bank is easy to use, intuitive and very efficient. I love the separate pots feature and auto deduction for my VAT. I only rate customer service as good because when I asked for help to stop or cancel a payment (AutoCad) - I was told to contact AutoCad. If I can contact AutoCad I would not have asked Mettle customer service for help. Therefore, because Mettle refused to help, I am still paying for a service that I don’t need every month. This is the only reason why I rated ‘good’ instead of ‘excellent’. Reviewed on: 21st February 2026

Very impress with Chase account - easy to understand and easy to use. Customer Service team response time is excellent and always helpful. Especially impressed with Chase taking the time to contact me direct to check a transaction to make sure I have not fallen victim to a scam before releasing the payment.
