Still a happy customer

Though interest rates are no longer as good across the board, Chase still keeps me banking with many perks including great cashback on everyday spending. The security is stellar - I'm a very happy customer. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

All round, very happy with Chase!

UI: The Chase app makes me feel secure - I like that I have to authenticate payments that I make online. The interface is easy to understand and I find it easy to track my money via the app. Banking: I initially joined Chase to spend money on holiday as there are no fees for spending abroad. However I now use Chase for all my spending as another perk is that I get cashback. The round-up savings feature is also great. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
