Fast and helpful

My laptop was stolen from my student house in July and endsleigh were great in helping me get a new one within a week of it being stolen. The people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and explained the process well. Only 4/5 stars because I had to explain the situation and send evidence to quite a few different people before the claim was approved, which was quite annoying and did prolong the process.
