Is everyone getting a different service to me?

Not really sure what the fuss is about Chase, it's above average but there's far better out there. The app bounces between slow and clunky to lightning fast, it's not got all the other features that other digital banks do and it's nowhere near intuitive enough to use as competitors. The cashback offer was what set it apart from other banks but as they've now capped that it's no different to what alot of other account packages provide. I've used the customer service once and it was wholly useless, felt robotic and automated, it didn't solve my issue and I couldn't trust them if something serious went wrong. All in all if you ignore the marketing campaign, they're not really any different to traditional banks. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
