I dealt with Alana, an absolute SUPERSTAR. BUT Close Brothers use crazy outadated last Centuary systems sending letters and wasting trees. It is as if The Close Brothers are still running the bank, but still a great bank to deal with. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
