I'm Sticking with Chase!

I have been with Chase for a while now and I have found the app easy to use and on the one occasion I have needed to contact customer service they were very helpful. The debit card is great for spending at home and abroad (giving the best exchange rates) and the 1%cash back is a bonus. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

If there is a downside, I have yet to find it!

I have been with Chase for the last year and I have found the Chase Current Account to be excellent both in value and customer service. Travelling abroad gives me perfect exchange rate and cashback. Back home cashback is earned on most spending, so what is there not to like? Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
