Thank you Chase

Chase is so easy to use and keeps me updated with my transactions both in and out of my account. I was initially apprehensive about it being a completely online account, however, my apprehension was needless. I have spoken to customer service on a couple of occasions and each time I have received a friendly, yet professional level of service (with no hanging around to wait for someone to answer my query). The cash back reward scheme is another unexpected bonus! I found the end of year notification very informative. I have recommended Chase Banking to many family and friends. The interest rate on my savings account is very attractive and competitive too. Thank you Team Chase - you deserve every accolade. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
