Safest account ever, Customer service superb

Fantastic banking app. Customer service is terrific where you can always get a UK person to sort out any issues quickly. You can open several accounts for saving for a specific item. The security with your bank account details NOT appearing on the physical card is unique and totally safe. Protection from rogue dealers is immediately refunded. Best bank ever! Customer service is superb.

First time I ever needed to contact customer service, I was answered by a REAL person from the UK in seconds. My query was answered in less than a minute... Just like the old days, before announcements on a machine told you that your call was 'important to us' and they would play 4 Seasons endlessly...Chase prove you are important to them by having PEOPLE answer the phones.
