I was originally reluctant to sign up to Chase as I'm always a bit wary of change . I had never used an Internet bank before. My daughter and partner had both changed so I felt at ease that it was safe. I have found my Chase account excellent. The cashback and round up are very useful and have given me a good return the past year. I had to get in touch with customer service as I was unsure if I had been involved with a money scam , luckily I hadn't and customer services explained what had happened and put my mind at rest , I certainly felt very assured that Chase have security covered. I also lost my card twice , these were replaced within a few days without any hassle . Very pleased with my account and would always recommend. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
