The app is super easy to use and is always available...

The app is super easy to use and is always available online unlike other banks where the app won’t work “due to technical issues”. I’ve used the customer services to check out what I thought where fraudulent activities and the team where super helpful and efficient. The app is easy to set up a new payee and it asks who this is, and talks about fraudulent activity before you make a payment. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

The app is very easy to use and understand.

The app is very easy to use and understand. I love the fact I get pings everytime I spend on my card and it feels very safe having no information on the card. I don’t get annoying marketing emails and it feels like a progressive bank. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
