Excellent banking

I use mobile banking which is so easy to use. I get notification each time money lands into my account and I really like that. That didn't happen with my former bank which only notified me when money went out, which Chase also does. They make it so easy to track my transactions. I rarely ever has to contact customer service but on the few occasions I did, it was excellent service. I also love the cashback too bad it is just for a limited time. I also get a little interest on my current account which again is unique to chase. I never had that on my other bank. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
