Amazing customer service with 24/7 communication option. Chase have resolved a lot for me. Very user friendly bank which endeavours to help it's customers. Not only that they have great savings rates and the 1% cashback has been a great help over the past year for me. Can't recommend enough Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
