A bank that stands out!

Imagine my surprise when I realised I was speaking to a real person through the chat facility?! My query was resolved efficiently and effectively, no AI bots to irritate and capitulate.The app is great, it's easy to view accounts, make transfers between accounts and other banks, track and manage finances with a great inbuilt budget tracker. Oh and I haven'y yet mentioned to 1% cashback you will receive on spend from your current account for the first year, a first for me and I am in my senior years, what's not to love?!
