I dont like Banks but Chase has been good

Good application, easy to use. Good customer service both on phone and via mesaging app.. Savings accounts are easy to use and good interest rates available to new customers and some existing customers Reviewed on: 26th February 2026

All Round Best Bank I have ever used

Great app, good savings rates, novel cash back and round up benefits, fast app updates ( current balance is immediate ), interest rates fast to move upwards when bank of england raises interest rates., customer service very polite and friendly although rarely needed as all very straight forward. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
