From start to finish the whole process of setting up a cash isa was so easy. For someone not so Tech savvy it was self explanatory and not complicated at all. They offer a brilliant interest rate and it’s all tax free! Reviewed on: 20th January 2026

Easy to set up. Anazing

Easy to set up. Great customer service if there’s an issue or question. Easy to follow app, easy to use for older generation. simple and straightforward as they’ve not over complicated the app so easy to navigate and transfer money quickly. Good interest rate. Would be good if the 1% on spending wasn’t subject after a year of putting money into the account as I forget to do this sometimes and then think I might as well spend on my Santander account.Overall though I’ve recommended this account to numerous people.. Even to a friend who is tech phobic managed to set the account up. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
