Banking balance review..

The banking application offered by Chase is a user-friendly and efficient platform that offers a seamless user experience. The application is designed to facilitate easy navigation and usage, while providing users with all the essential features they need to manage their finances. The Chase banking application is a reliable and convenient tool for individuals seeking a comprehensive banking experience. However the main problem with this banking app is that it does not offer a feature to check the account balance quickly without having to log in to the app. Unlike other banking apps that have a widget to display the balance, this app lacks such a feature. This would advert a declined payment during a purchase due to insufficient funds, which could have been avoided if the balance was visible at a glance. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
