Review of the Endsleigh, Student Insurance:

Sloppy and heartless

Since it is stressful to change insurance providers, I mistakenly stuck with Endsleigh after my first bag experience (when I was stranded in a poor African country with broken bones for 5 days because of their poorly knowledgeable staff and appalling bureaucratic internal communication and standards). I then had to wait for 2 months, and endure several identical emails asking me for documents I had already submitted a number of times, to get any compensation (not as much as I ought have) for a robbery that occured. Certainly switching providers once my insurance runs out. Reviewed on: 24th August 2018
