Chase - The better bank

I was a bit reluctant to begin with because of having no high street presence, however, Chase’s customer service is better than my previous bank, Santander. They not only offer me a % of money back on my purchases, but everything is just so incredibly easy, I don’t know why I persevered with Santander for so long. Santander kept messing up my registered home address, reverting it back to an old address for no reason, whereas, Chase have got it right first time each time. In addition, the Chasr app is so much cleaner and not so clunky nor slow! Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
