What customer service? Had no need for it!

I’ve not had to use customer service more than once and I’ve been banking with Chase from launch holding both current and saving accounts. They’ve created really good products that offer great ease of use, excellent cash backs and really smart account management. I couldn’t imagine switching away to another brand!
