Chase has been a fantastic move for me from TSB.

Chase has been a fantastic move for me from TSB. Their current account has a good 1% AER, I really enjoy their 1% cash back on almost all spending and the opportunity to round up my spending and put that in a Round Up savings account. The account is very easy to manage through their app and the customer service is excellent. I had an issue trying to get a refund for an expensive item that they had placed the funds in a holding account for. They could have been a lot quicker to sort this for me but we’re very quick once I contacted customer services. The fact that you can reach them by instant message in the app rather than ringing a phone line and waiting in a long queue is amazing. It’s also great that there are no fees for spending abroad. I would recommend a chase current account to anyone. However, if I could, I would give them 4.5 stars because there have been a couple of times when their systems went down and I have been unable to make payments for several hours, although they kept customers informed, I was glad I had a second account with a different bank or I would have been stuck abroad with no access to money.
