I like how easy it is to use the Chase app.

I like how easy it is to use the Chase app. It can be a little slow at times though. When moving money between accounts, it's good to see both accounts and the change in amounts of money going between both accounts before actually confirming the transaction. I like that I can see the value of the interest rate on both current and savings, account something that can't be seen with other bank account apps. I like that the app isn't overly complicated to use either. It's easy to do what I need to do using the app. Also, calling Chase customer services is easy and the people are friendly and caring, they're quick to try and resolve issues. The one big issue I have every month with the Case account though is; every month my subscribe and save with Amazon is always declined and I don't know why and the customer services at Chase say it's an issue with MasterCard.
