Easy to Navigate

I heard so much about the ease and simplicity of Chase and I never believed it as most banks can be tedious and time consuming when opening an account, however the minute I started the process of opening an account with Chase, I was amazed and grateful for how simple and easy to understand the process was; it took me less than 10 minutes and I was good to go. App usage is also such a breeze to use and the customer service it too-notch. Never had any complaints and frustrations which is whyI heavily advocate Chase to my family and friends.
