great customer service

the app is easy to use. they answer the phone quickly and is easy to sort any issues. when wife got scammed they answered the Phan quickly and were responsive and exceptionally helpful. where is it too her other bank 45mins to answer the phone when you need a very quick response. we have had no problems with chase and recommend them.
