User friendly & Great service

I had reported that I had paid for an item with my Revolut card but never received the product despite contacting the seller several times and could not resolve the matter. I had asked the seller for the refund but I was ignored. Therefore I proceeded to report this and request for refund through Revolut. From the first contact, the process was easy & once reported I was kept updated until my refund was fully processed. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
