The many features of Chase bank!

Very easy to do budgeting as it divides my spending into months and days making it easy to read. Easy to identify where I spent due to merchant logo and automatically dividing it into categories. You can change the category if you like. Can set up budget goals to not exceed spending. Easy money saving feature where it rounds off your money to the nearest pound and sends the rest to a savings account with interest - very satisfying to see round numbers. Current account also has interest! Don’t really know if other banks do this but this is a very welcome touch. Asking for documents was very simple and easy - no problems with customer service. Moving money is very simple - tells you how much money you will have remaining before you move which makes it easy to do math. Security checks are also easy to do when you open the notification. No complaints using Chase honestly. Reviewed on: 19th February 2024
