It’s taken 5 weeks from initial contact for them to organise an inspection of the vehicle which will determine whether it is viable to repair the car the car was transported to an agents yard some 60 miles away only to be (allegedly) returned to a garage approx half a mile from where it was picked up Aviva have been organising the car to be picked up for the last three weeks and am still waiting, Do not purchase car insurance from Aviva they may beat other quotes but they will leave you stranded when you most need their assistance.
