Offered them full details of online fraud being comm...

Offered them full details of online fraud being committed and they refused to take the details of the account holder,telling me that they would need to speak to the account holder to discuss it with me.This is absolutely mental….why would someone committing fraud online on Facebook market place want to speak to them about it.I told them that next time it could be a old person that has £500 taken and still they didn’t care.As the person is a fraudster here’s the details 608407 15909394 Jon James berry apparently.Im lucky as I don’t fall for scams however someone else might not be, however I’m disgusted at the fact chase were not interested in protecting not only the banks money but there customers money.If it were me I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole.This could be someone’s pension,wages or savings and they are totally not interested.I offered to send full evidence to them but them just wanted the fraudster to continue what they are doing using there bank.Please be aware I do not accept this poor customer service and the fact that I have not been called back is disgusting…. Please note that chase are trying to get this review removed to cover up fraud…..this is fraud in itself.They have applied to trustpilot for an order number thinking that they can get it removed……..I will just post it everywhere …….so don’t try messing with me !!!
