My Chase Bank experience

My experience so far with Chase Bank has been superb. Of course, Chase’s 1% cashback on everyday spending and its round-up account are top perks to have, but I am particularly impressed with Chase's other excellent features. For example, its 24/7 customer support. Despite doing some reading beforehand on the app and its products, I was very unsure about its functionality given it was my first time using a digital-only app. Calling the app’s customer support was a great experience because a member of the customer support team guided me step-by-step in setting up the app according to my preferences It made me feel at peace knowing that I can lean on a very helpful customer support team that will answer my queries. Moreover, I love that I can create separate pots that I can use, such as one pot for holidays and another pot for groceries. Although this feature is evident with other banks, but something is appealing about Chase’s version. I believe it is the ability to select different colours and images to represent each pot. However, I do have only one drawback with Chase. The inability to create a joint account. This is something I would like to do with Chase because it will save me the hassle of setting up a personal and joint account with another bank. I believe if I were able to set up a joint account with Chase, I would have that peace of mind and an opportunity to experience something new which is something I desire.
