EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SAFFRON BUILDING SOCIETY.

When I first got the mortgage I was provided with clear information on a single sheet showing amounts to be paid off the original debt, interest paid etc for each year.The amount they anticipated I would have to pay whenthe fix rate ended and I had a variable rate to deal with was predicted. I have now been given another 5 year fixed mortgage and in spite of recent B.O.E. interest rate rises the monthly patmnts are not too dissimilar to said predicted payments so I am very happy with that. Rosana, who helped me arrange this new mortgage product was patient, courteous and informative. I am very happy all round with the service I received. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
