Happy customer

As a lifelong NatWest customer, I have always been impressed by the customer service, both in branch, online and by phone. I signed up for Rooster Money for my boys to teach them about the importance of saving and safe spending and cannot fault the app and the service. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Brilliant start for kids

I have been so impressed with NatWest Rooster Money. My son has ADHD and we were worried about how we could teach him the importance of managing his money but the app and card have given him a level of independence and understanding of the importance of earning and saving his money. The card is simple (not a photo or picture card) so he only gets it out of his wallet when he needs it. The app is really easy to use for both him and me. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
