I believe the app / online features could be tailore...

I believe the app / online features could be tailored to users better. I also think that some features should be added. E.g. Pockets to budget income and expenditure. Being able to amend your name or address should be easier. E.g. making the feature online accessible to all so that they can amend an incorrect name or add to it (change of name), to be able to upload verification online making way for more efficient service time and completion. i would very much like for the customer service team to be more available rather phone system, to have live chat available everday even sunday so that pressing queries like your card being lost or not recognising transactions etc can be dealt with the same day instead of many days later Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
