Nat West! could change their name to NAT BEST

I switched to Nat West over 20 years now and never had a better Bank, I have just introduced my Grand Daughter to their Nat West Rooster Money and she loves it and now gets her pocket money on time every week :) I cant see myself ever changing banks again. The only recent drawback for me is the brand new Branch format, It is too long winded and takes ages to get seen but I dont use it often...seems like everyone is doing this so im not very modern!
