Excellent service, competitive rates

I recently renewed my car insurance and, overall, I've had a positive experience. The process of getting a quote was straightforward and didn't take long to complete. The website was easy to navigate, and the information about the different levels of cover was clear enough for me to make an informed decision without having to spend ages comparing details. The price was competitive compared to a few other providers I looked at, which was one of the main reasons I chose them. While they weren't the absolute cheapest, the cover offered seemed to provide good value for money, and I felt comfortable knowing what was included in the policy. Customer service was helpful whenever I contacted them. I had a couple of questions about my cover before purchasing, and the representative I spoke with was polite, professional, and able to explain things in simple terms. I didn't feel pressured into buying additional extras, which was appreciated. Thankfully, I haven't had to make a major claim, so I can't comment fully on how that side of the service works. However, I did need to update some policy details during the year, and this was handled quickly without any unnecessary hassle. The communication throughout was good, with confirmation emails arriving promptly. There are a few areas that could be improved. Like many insurance providers, some optional add-ons can increase the overall cost quite a bit, so it's worth checking exactly what you're paying for. Also, waiting times on the phone were a little longer than expected on one occasion. Overall, I would say this is a reliable car insurance company that offers decent cover at a fair price. Based on my experience so far, I would be happy to consider using them again and would recommend giving them a look when comparing insurance options. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026
