Understanding, sympathetic, very happy to help

Understanding, sympathetic, very polite and always happy to help. They took my problematic situation and helped me to turn it around. As for value for money, the interest rates they charge are extremely competitive. All in all they are a bank I am very happy to stick with. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
