Great Experience

Found Vicky very knowledgeable on the products on offer. Very helpful on explaining to us what we needed. Very satisfied with the whole experience which we have to do every year. This was far easier than the previous bank we had just visited. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Phoned and got appointments when it suited us. Cathy from Cardiff Branch met us to take us through the procedure for opening new accounts. Very friendly and professional, explained everything clearly. We liked the fact that you could open the accounts without having to go on line open them. Very satisfactory experience.
