I have been using the app for multiple years and have found it reliable and easy to use. On the odd rare occasion I have had to use support they have been extremely helpful and punctual. They are constantly looking at ways to improve the user interface and also what they offer. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

The Rooster app is fantastic.

The Rooster app is fantastic. It is also great as a Natwest customer I get a free card for my child. The app so far has just worked for both myself and children. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
