No charges, no glitches, everything works!

Great app, simple to navigate and transfer money. Love the savings accounts as it makes budgeting easier, plus there’s a not bad rate of interest. Round up is great, you’re saving without noticing plus 5% interest. Only had two occasions to call customer service, phone was answered swiftly and questions answered satisfactorily. An extra bonus is being able to use the chase card abroad with no charge for transactions. Chase has been my best banking experience to date, and that’s a lot of years of banking!
