My partner has had some health issues and we have been claiming on the WPA Insurance. Months after treatments were paid for and treatments completed I have not been reimbursed a single penny.
They did not reply to an email I made enquiring for over a month and the WhatsApp chat contact line representative did not even offer an apology!
Terrible service, expensive premiums, AVOID and choose another provider.
