Any issues raised have been dealt with in a very timely manner and courteous way. I’ve been with my bank since 1999, and will be moving all my online banking accounts to Chase. It’s about time we (the public) had a bank that actually supports its customers, is professional, and gives back to its customers. It’s really that simple but effective.
