the reporting functionality is poor and unreliable

the reporting functionality is poor and unreliable. The statements don't match the transaction listings on the app/website. When raised to customer service you get dismissed, until you make so much noise that somebody who actually listens gets pulled in. I NEVER got a follow up that the issue is closed out. The download functionality of the website is so poor, I manually have to manipulate the data in excel to be able to get comfortable my balance makes sense. Any other interaction with customer service is the same, basically dismiss any reporting concerns and stating they will close the case. They had a 2024 'how you use your account' initiative that had WRONG expenses in there. It was concerning and confusing. Not to mention that any money transaction out is called an expense. Have these people not gone to school! An expense and a cashflow is NOT THE SAME. They offered such generous interest rates initially, but with the entire market where it is, it's just another bank, but with very low trust! Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
