Great Products and Service

Firstly they have excellent savings opportunities with great interest rates. The website is both secure and easy to navigate. Finally, whenever I’ve had to call up, it’s always been easy to get through and their operators are knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

It’s quite a daunting experience to entrust your savings to a bank outside the usual big name banks. Thankfully Shawbrook delivered everything they said they would in terms of rates and dates. Their website is easy to use and their personal service by phone is also excellent. I was more than happy to continue saving with them when they offered a higher rate.
