Fantastic service

I had a problem with a payment I made twice in error and needed advice as to what action I could take. Not only did the Chase advisor answer the phone virtually immediately but he gave me advice and dealt with my problem without passing me on to another or keeping me waiting on the line. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. I've never had any other bank deal with a query so quickly. It was amazing Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
